Sunday 18th November: Workshop for Weymouth Brass Band Contest, Wellow School
Saturday 1st December: Weymouth Brass Band Contest
Saturday 15th December: Joint Xmas concert with MSB in the Plaza theatre, Romsey
Saturday 21st December: Joint Xmas Concert with MSB in the Jubilee Hall, Michelmersh
Saturday 22nd December: Carol playing, Romsey town Centre (with the Senior Band)

Please could you let us know a.s.a.p if you cannot make any of these dates.
Workshop
10am – 2pm at Wellow School. Please arrive promptly at 10am in the School hall and remember to bring a packed lunch and a pencil.

FULL ATTENDANCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS DAY TO BE A SUCCESS!

Christmas Concerts:
Tickets for the Plaza concert will be available from the band for a limited period only and then will have to be obtained from the Tourist Information Office in Romsey. If you would like to reserve your tickets now could you please fill out the slip below and return it to me a.s.a.p
- As space is very limited for the Jubilee Hall concert we would like to have the Training Band playing in the first half of the concert only and then they will be very welcome to go home in the interval. This concert was originally intended to be for the benefit of people who live in Michelmersh Village and unfortunately the venue is not really big enough for too many band parents and supporters. I would therefore appreciate it if you could keep audience numbers limited. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Carol playing:
The Michelmersh Silver Band will be playing Christmas carols in the Corn Market (outside ‘Boots’) throughout the day on the 22nd December. Any Training Band members will be VERY welcome to join in. We usually play from about 10am until 4pm - you can turn up at any time and play for an hour or so. No uniform -Just wrap up warm!!
